Careful Removals

Would prefer to give no stars. Roger Saini uses local contractors to do the work. Had our items been packed properly it would have fitted in one artic lorry. Because it was not we had to leave for Spain and trust Roger to ship the remaining items out. This lorry got 'lost' for almost a week which was very worrying as it contained my whole life. Roger promised to refund me for having to pay 3 men twice to unload the lorry on the day it was due and the day it actually arrived. Roger had promised to wrap items in cling film but my bed and sofa was not so are write offs. The price I paid included the cost of hiring men to unload the lorries and also for Roger to fly out and help. He did not. I will be taking this to the small claims court if he continues to ignore my emails.

We used My Removals Ltd for moving from North London to South London and we're very happy for the services provided. Gabriel was very polite and professional from our first contact. He quoted a reasonable price compared to the other Companies providing the same service. The guys who helped us (Paul and Danny) to move was incredibly helpful. We had delays due to traffic as all the roads were closed due to London marathon but they ensured us that they will complete the serviced promised despite they were booked for a certain amount of time. Including the delays due to traffic and due to our over sized sofa which didn't fit through the doors, they end up spending an extra 4 hours to complete the move. They only charged me 2 hours of this. They also dismantle and re-assemble the sofa to fit it through the door and I wasn't charged for that either. Gabriel also phoned up after his team left to ensure that everything was complete and we were happy with the service. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anybody.

We ordered a van from my removals to get to us at 12 pm. It is now 1.58pm and we are still waiting. They only just rang us 10mins ago and said they will be 15mins longer. I also have other things to do. I booked a 2-hour slot and it would have been done by now if they had arrived at 12 pm. 2 hours later I'm still waiting, wtf! I will never use this dodgy service again and even when I complained we got no discount or no sorry. The manager did not care and said about traffic. I looked the road up that he said had traffic and there was no traffic. I'm fuming!!

I have used Careful Removals, the London, UK operations before this occasion 30/06/2015. The company was highly recommended last year by a trusted source. Most of the time, we had to collect boxes and furniture from our studio on Bond street (London West End) to deliver within a five miles radios. On this occasion we had to collect items for an event at the same address but the collection point was 90 miles away. I assumed everything was going to take 1 or two hours max as usual but Daniel gave me a realistic estimate with a flexible guarantee. His experience came in very handy, the two men he sent where just as helpful and reliable as the others I have met. Fantastic job, well done!

This company is not short of its own guardian angels or superheroes! I recently moved from my flat in Brixton and, what seems to be a rule of thumb for some removals, was badly let down by the friend of a friend on the day they were meant to move me. I called Careful Removals as I wanted to use a local company and from the moment I spoke to Gabriel I knew I was in the right hands. He reassured me that they would not let me down, regardless of the complexity of my move and was both flexible and comforting. On the day of the move, after no sleep I then met Sam, the removal man and driver. He arrived early and more or less on his own moved the contents of my 20-year flat into his van and drove it and me to our new destination. I cannot thank Careful Removals enough for making this quite emotional move memorable for all the right reasons. Their professionalism, kindness and generosity, as much as their hard work and reliability were second to none. I would thoroughly recommend them. In fact the two employees I dealt with have been renamed and are forever in my memories as the Angel Gabriel and Super Sam!
